The micro-honey house La Chope à miel works to showcase the richness and diversity of flavors of Quebec forest honey.

Our production techniques are based on 3 fundamental principles:

  • Raw : From the hive to the mug, without transformation.
  • Natural : Unfiltered to preserve the flavors and properties of honey.
  • Small batches: Honey extracted only once a year, traceable and identified by apiary for rich and distinctive flavors.

 

Our hives are located in natural environments carefully selected for their potential in biodiversity and honey-producing flowers to ensure the development of flavors. With the protection of forest environments and the enhancement of wastelands at heart, La Chope à Miel contributes to making known the importance and richness of these environments through honeys highlighting the particularities of each of the foraging areas.

The result? A festive, unifying and exclusive honey. Perfect for your 5 to 7, gourmet evenings, to accompany your favorite dishes or any occasion to share a good time with family or friends around a comforting and tasty dish.
