The pollen sold on the Miels d'Anicet website is not harvested on the farm. Its organic certification is an important quality criterion since it confirms the absence of GMO pollen. The multi-colored pollen grains also allow us to affirm that it is from a multifloral source and not a monofloral one, another important aspect for its quality.

Thanks to its rich composition (proteins, amino acids, vitamins, carbohydrates), pollen is an energetic and nutritious food that improves general well-being. Its high protein content (100 g of pollen provides the same amount of protein as seven eggs) makes pollen a natural product recommended in states of weight loss or deficiency.

Recommendations

Pollen can be consumed, at a rate of ½ to 1 teaspoon per day, on an annual basis or as a cure over a defined period.
