Facilomiel Energy Balls
Ingredients

75 g (¼ cup) of Miel Auguste cinnamon or chocolate

75 g (¼ cup) of Madame Labriski Date Puree

50 g (½ cup) ground (or powdered) almonds

90 g (1 cup) quick-cooking oatmeal

15 g (¼ cup) ground flax seeds

75 g (1/2 cup) sunflower (or pumpkin) seeds

1 tsp almond essence
4 steps

Wash your hands thoroughly.

In a bowl, place the ingredients and mix well.

Using your hands, shape into balls.
